Built, balanced and benchmarked — on our own floor.

A walk-through of our 3D engineering models — conveyors, powder systems, mixers and valves drawn to scale, component by component. Every unit we ship starts life here, in CAD, long before a single sheet is cut.

Why Stellex.

The Stellex standard is more than a slogan; it represents six measurable commitments we deliver on every project, from design to delivery.

G/01

Made in India

Engineered and manufactured at our own facility. No re-badging. No shadow fabrication.

G/02

Reliable by Design

Consistent results in abrasive, high-temperature, humid and sanitary environments.

G/03

Tailored, Not Templated

Every system tailored to your layout, your material and your throughput. Without compromises.

G/04

Unmatched Quality

Every unit is tested for structural integrity, performance and operational efficiency before it ships.

G/05

Quick Delivery

Shorter lead times — because delays are expensive.

G/06

Proactive Support

Direct access to the engineering team before, during and long after commissioning.

S/04 · How we work

Four steps from inquiry to installation.

A process refined over 1000+ installations. Transparent at every stage, with named engineers owning each handoff.

STEP 01

Discovery

We study your material, throughput, layout and environment. Site visit if the project demands it.

STEP 02

Engineering

GA drawings, 3D model and a written spec — reviewed with your team before we cut a single sheet.

STEP 03

Fabrication

In-house fabrication and assembly. QA checks at every milestone. FAT performed on every unit.

STEP 04

Commissioning

Installation and commissioning on request — followed by support that outlasts warranty.
